All handmade pottery is dishwasher, microwave, and food safe.  Properly used, hand-thrown pottery will keep served dishes warm longer than most other materials.  Please take care when transferring pottery quickly between temperature extremes (i.e. oven to refrigerator).  While similar, each handcrafted pottery piece is individually thrown and glazed.  There will be slight differences between each piece.
